long story short my buddy is racing some kid for 300 bucks tonight depending on this.

hes got a relatively stock 98 cobra with the following:

OR x pipe
flowmaster catback
electric waterpump
BBK cai


hes run a 150 shot before and had no problems. he wants to up to a 200 shot just for this race (with a couple test runs of course), will the stock fuel pump be able to handle this? will the car handle it or is this really asking for trouble? his car does have a nitrous tune on it btw

racing an evo, dont know what all is done to it except a meth kit. he said he ran him with his 100 shot and won, but the other kid started talking **** and said he won by a fender and asked for a re-race for 300 bucks...which is why hes wanting to take it up to 200 and take the kids doors off. all i could find were some 150 jets though so i guess thats as high as hes gonna be able to go reguardless.

a 200 shot would most likely blow the motor...is it tuned? dry or wet? and if the race was questionable with a 100 shot then a 150 would do the job

you may gain 50 hp but your gain 75 torque.... that should be enough to beat an evo i'd say...
