Default UPR vs. Pypes catted X mid pipe

Hi everyone, I've decided to get a catted X pipe to match up with my Magnapacks. The ones that are in my price range are between the UPR and Pypes catted X. Is one better quality than the other? Is one a little louder? Any input would be appreciated. Also, do I need to buy anything else, like O2 sensors or anything, or can I just bolt it right up. Thanks.

They're about the same, I have friends with both. They're not the greatest cats so don't be surprized if they need to be replaced in 6 months to a year.

They'll bolt right up, if you have an 04 you may need O2 extentions.

I like the sound of Pypes better. But that's just my opinion.
