What does the redline matter? They have the same transmission, same gearing and all (unless I'm mistaken). Redline has nothing to do with what RPM you/me turn at a given vehicle speed.

I think maybe he is saying that it is more likely he has steeper gears (4.30's) because he has a higher redline. One of the big reasons cobras take better to steeper gears is because they can spend more time in each gear, which means less time shifting.....

Do you follow what i am saying, after re-reading my post I am not sure that it makes sense?

*Edit*: Nevermind what I said above i re-read his post and i read his backwords.

put 2.73's in it then and drop about 1000 rpm's
