See the supercharger is the upper intake. You need the lower intake as well. Its a two part intake thing. But you can run boost just fine with that CR without needing to pull much timing if you look into a methonal kit. . .

the ports on the 03 are of a better flowing design but the ports still match up. the cams are different yes.
