I have no idea man, it was nuts. But I drove around all afternoon stopping at "performance shops" to see if they did this work, and I can't find anywhere around here that will do it.

i wouldnt pay any more than 600$ out the door (out the door means you came with NOTHING, they put the gears, full bearings, and lube in and thats the final price with labor). i paid 235 for my 390's and the install kit off of american muscle, and i got a guy here gonna install them for 200$ if i can ever get ahold of him (his schedule i guess is kinda screwy with the holidays). 250-350 is a fair price range for labor costs.

just make sure you find a reputable shop/person to install your gears for you. you dont wanna find a cheap place then get what you pay for.

My shop installed for $250,I supplied all parts/lube. Remember to get oil & friction modifier.

Got mine installed. Cost was just my original 3.27s.

For 1450 dollars I'd expect Longtubes purchased, installed, and dyno tuned....eh.
