Isolators and Springs question

I'm planning on getting new rear isolators for my shocks. Where are some good places to get them? Also, apparently my springs have been adjusted by the previous owner using a clamp. I have pics of both rear eibach springs. If anyone can tell me why they're there and what would happen if I removed them, I would greatly appreciate it. THanks guYs :)

Summit racing has spring isolators for a decent price.

I just bought a set of polyurethane isolators from prothane. If your taking it apart to put new isolators on it buy a set of springs and drop it.

Take them off, stupid and dangerous.

Alright, once I get them off I'll go for the H and R Springs and Bilstein Shocks. I'll get new polyurethane isolators as well. Any other suggestions? Thanks guys.

if you are going with those shocks/struts get the maximum motorsport starter box from standsuspension.com. comes with isolators, caster camber plates, h&r race springs & bilsteins all around. just over a grand for everything.
