Default valvetrain

im going to be porting and polishing my heads and will be getting new cams andnew springs for them and regrinding the valves. can the same retainers, valve locks, and valve seals beused or should i replace those too?

It's strongly recommended that you buy new ones that can stand up to the cam and stuff.

The valve seals don't cost much so you want to replace them. I thought new springs came with new retainers? You can reuse the old ones though. If the new springs don't come with them I'd buy a set of titanium retainers just to be on the safe side.
