Default Pushing out rubber bushings

I am replacing my old rubber bushings with all new polyurethane. I have pushed a few of them out already with out 10ton bearing press, but im wondering what is the best way any of you guys have found to push them out.

If you are reusing the metal shells then a torch and a screwdriver work well. You will have to clean up the inside afterwards.

on the ones on the diff if you are just replacing the rubber, put a drill rite between the rubber and the metal casing and let the bit roll between the rubber and metal casing for the hole circumference of the bushing.

i used blow torch and scraping tools on a-arm bushings, watch out though if you do this, when pushing them out they may pop and shoot out the metal sleve at high speed
