hey everybody ive been searching for about 2 hours all over the internet. and cant find anything on this. i live in pierce county, washington andwant a straight 3inch exhaust from my shorties to the *** end. but i also wanna pass emisions. the reason im asking is because my buddy just did exhaust on his strict O/R jeep and has a welder, tube bender andalot of 3 inch pipe left over, free for me to use. but do you know if ill pass emmissions? oh and i have a tuner so i can get rid of cel codes. thnx in advance
