brightest headlights

im not lookin for SUPER bright, just enough to go through my tinted headlights, right now the road is dark with the ones i have. i think a 4000k piaa might do the trick. seen some on ebay that claim 5000k, an go for ten bucks. what to trust..

ones that say HID bulbs or whatever are nto good, its BS, you need a HID conversion or silverstar ultras IMO, i dont knwo any other bulbs that are bright

trust me, buy the HID kit, I had headlight covers w/ 6000K HIDs and it was still too dim, so I took the covers off, at the least get 4300Ks
