brightest option would be an HID kit, but a cheaper option is sylvania silverstar, i got a set of these a couple weeks ago they are about 2x brighter thanthe ones i had in there, they also make even brighter ones, silverstar ultras, i didnt think it would be worth the extra $10 bucks

3000k HID's and Projectors. Other than that an HID kit will work.

well if i got the hid kit i would have to replace my whole headlight assembly? meaning having to re tint my headlights? would be nice to just find a 9007 bulb that is bright as hell. like the other guy said maybe the silverstar ultra's

With an HID you do NOT have to replace your whole headlight assy. You buy the kit that comes with the balast and bulb and everything and you buy it specifically to the 9007 bulb. The HID bulb will go right into the stock housing. With a projector one it is a whole headlight assembly you buy. Look on ebay for HID converstion kits and you can find them for like 80 bucks and you can choose from like 3000K - 12000K I believe.
