i would check that sensor that goes into the fan shroud. im not sure what its called but i think it is a temp sensor for the fan.

Thanks for the ideas guys, I feel really stupid once I discovered the real culprit. I checked my A/C today and guess what - no freon. Filled it up with freon and walla the fan comes on. Someone had told me aboutan A/C cycling pressure switch and I just forgot about it.One of the guys at the shop asked me if I had checked it and I said no because it was working during the summer. Put some dye in so I could find the leak and get it fixed.
