Default Can an 03gt catback fit a 97gt?
Does anyone know if this would fit?

I have an 03 gt with the flowmaster american thunder catback that im swappin out soon. My brother inlaw has a 97 gt who's interested in this catback? Is the catback piping from an 03 gt and a 97 gt different or would this b a simple swap?

The hangers are different. You can buy new hangers and weld them in or buy new ones online (which can usually be found for around $125).

could i use stock hangers from a 99-04 gt and weld them on a 97?

probably, if they're just hangers you should probably be able to rig something up easily
