Lowering the front end
 
I want to lower my 2000 GT front end about 1 1/2 inches what all do I have to do? What all parts do I need?

How about you lower your whole car. You will need lowering springs. Go to mustangtuning.com. You might need new shocks too. Good luck

If you only lower it 1.5" then you wont need any CC plates. Just get some lowering springs and install them and have the car aligned in a week or two after the install so the springs have time to set.

i got my alighnment about 4 days after i got my springs installed. car is still dropping slowly. but my alighnment is perfect right now. i got new springs and everything. no new shocks yet though, i need to get some pretty soon. get some eibach pro springs for the car, that will drop your car 1.5 inches. and it will handly SO MUCH better. i take turns faster now with less body roll.

yeah...mustangtunning has good prices...i recommend new shocks too or else its one hell of a bumpy ride
