Default Vacume Question?????????????

So for x-mas I gotpolished accufab plenum and 75mm tb along with JLT CAI. Installed it all on x-mas night well tonight I changed the oil and after completion of oil change I fired her up and to check for any leaks from the filter and looked over the engine bay and found a hose that was flat, or collapsed. I think it is the hose coming off the PCV Valve off the Passenger side valve cover. But then looking further there is a hose coming off the Driver side valve cover as well that runs to the intake tube. But the hose thtat is collapsing is the one from the Passenger side valve cover. ???????????????????????????????

Is it rubber or hard plastic? If it's hard plastic, then it prob got too hot somehow. If it's rubber it's old and tired and needs to be replaced.

He is talking about the hose theres a 90 degree rubber elbow than it goes to a hard plastic tube then it goes back into a rubber tube to connnect to the intake.

I had the exact same problem but haven't had any luck finding the OEM plastic hose + elbow replacement. In the meantime I have a series of hoses held together by clamps... anyone know where to buy this entire hose assy?

Check the PCV and make sure it is not plugged up, if it is then that can cause the hose to collapse. If it is not then the hose is weak and needs replacing. And it could be both a plugged PCV and weak hose.

This is pretty much what I was thinking. So would it hurt if I took out that whole assbly and just ran one hose from PCV to plenum and got rid of the plastic tubing all together???????
