Default Post Intake Mantifold install problems

I recently put a new intake mantifold in my Mustang (2000 GT 5-spd), and now I am having some problems.
Here is a link to the one I got. http://www.rpmoutlet.com/musv8dynotune.htm
Everything I have engine-wiseis stock, but I have upgradedmy air intake, throttle body and plenum, headers, and now intake mantifold.
Now I am having problems with my car's idle and revving. It idles really rough sometimes, and it does not rev down in between shifting.
I'm guessing I need to adjust my computer settings, but I'm not quite sure. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Took off the IAC, cleaned it out, didn't fix it. I also have my check engine light on. I've checked everything twice, and everything is just as it was before I put the intake in, just not running the same. Any other ideas before I have to take it in and figure out what is tripping the engine light?

Start with the easy stuff. Make sure all the vaccum lines are connected, as well as all the wires. If all of that is good, then get your car somewhere you can get the CEL read and that should tell you what is going on. It may just be a bad COP or something.

Got the codes checked out: P0171 and P0174. Says my system is running lean. The guy at AutoZone said I need to replace my O2 sensor, but I'm not quite sure I need to, b/c I had no problems before I put my intake in. Any suggestions?

vacuum leak, with the car running spray intake manifold with fuel injection or carb cleaner around anywhere with a gasket and all vacuum lines, when the idle changes youve found your vacuum leak.
