i have uncut 4cly springs up front and the drop is about an inch maybe a little more but the springs still need to settle a bit.

nope is not good, it's wasted energy. If it were good to squat on a launch prople wouldn't use an airbag in the right rear spring to stiffen it up or use negative pinion angle. So cars have soooo much power that they will sqaut regardless, but trust me they don't squat as much as they could because people use air bags and such.

I don't remember how much I cut off the fronts, it was I think between a 1/2 - 1 coil. I have pics in my gallery of how my car sits.
