It does it while in gear while going slow and turning, doesnt matter if turning sharply or not. The sound is a pulsing wimper....kinda like a dead police siren. I think it does it while the clutch is pushed in aswell. I usually drown the sound out with the Mach 460 thumpin but I do know that whatever it is...it doesnt sound healthy.

Ah yes, military leave gets another one. I took it in the shorts a few years ago like this when the tranny in my Jeep went out. Ended up having to extend on leave until the dealer got the parts in. Not good.

I would call the service dept at your dealership and ask what the diagnosis time might be. You might be surprised. They may be able to square you away in no time. I have a great dealership here in VA and they surprise me all the time with how quick they get things done.
