i think my car is in need for a new clutch so i tried out the search.all i could find was that most poeple on here buy the centerforce clutch and the specs...could you guys give me some feedback on a good clutch thats not too pricey and that i wont have to wory about and can be reliable.thanks

how much did it cost?how much should a shop ask to install one?

about $210.00 for a clutch kit, and i dont know how much a shop would charge. I installed mine myself.

I like the Spec clutches. Stage 1&3 feel identical to me.

was the install difficult? how much would a specs package cost me at fast toys..

The install was a whole day job(8hrs), I did have a lift that my car was on when i did it, so that made it a little. But the hardest part was those damn starter bolts. If you are going to do it yourself i would say buy a could cases of bud light and have a buddy or two come over and help.

I have Spec Stage 3 clutch. Its good clutch just wicked unforgiving.

Fast Toys

The Stage 3's will have some chatter upon intial engagement, especially when cold. If you want better drivability, you can go with a Stage 2, 2+ or even a stage 3+ depending on your HP levels.
