Hey everybody...I need ideas on where the cheapest/best place to buy parts like the following:

n/a cams, rod/main bearings, h-beam or i-beam rods, pistons rings, forged pistons, forged crank, retainers, valve springs

and i have a few questions...is it worth buying a forged crank if i put forged pistons and rods in the bottom end...i plan to build a nitrous motor for about a 150 shot...i know i want a stage 2 cam...is it really necesary to do forged cranks...ive never heard of them being the weak point, only pistons and rods......and also...are my stock heads relatively good after port n polishing/5angle valve job and new springs,retainers,valves, and cams?....thanks,joey

alot people use the the links from are sponers on the home page. thr,america musle or right from comp cams EBAY BUT BE CAREFUL.....

Every place has some good deals where others will not. All you really need is just a good list of suppliers. Check out: Stage 3 motorsports, RPM outlet, American Muscle, andBrothers Performance. These are some of the suppliers that I have found to be relatively cheap and with good service.

is it ok to use my stock crank?....also...with that setup...will my sct x3 handle the tune?.

billet / manley for 1800, thats not bad at all. If you guys could put together some pre-assembled 5.4 and 4.6 short blocks for a decent price 2500-3000,i think you could get alot of buisness in there forums, me included in the future

be careful on buying cheap parts it wil hurt your pockets alot deeper in the long run no matter where you go
