Default car stall

hey whats going on guys my car stalled while i was in motion, I gave it a little gasthen next thing I know it stalled out on me, I just recently got it dyno tuned the guy said I should be fine, and it has a rough idle but only once in a while, I'm going to try and reset the KAM, also I cleaned my IAC and it seemed spotless I don't know what it could be also my car was giving the tuner a hard time it wouldn't cooperate with what ever he did down low rpm's anyone think it might be MAF or maybe even the IAC??? I have no CEL.

[hr] ok plot thickens, I just went for a ride while data logging for about 15mins and the max was 14 and min was -15 for the short terms however, when I came to a stop I chucked some revs and the short terms were fine but my car was about to stall, so now I am relieved to know that it isn't the tune its something else, any one have any suggestions? vacuum? maybe the fuel filter? thanks! Assuming you have your Stock tune on your tuner somewhere, reload the stock tune (provided you don't have a power adder that requires a dyno tune like turbo or SC). See if teh problem goes away. If it does then the problem is the tune. Timing perhaps.
