i dont think they are. i havent looked at mine realy hard, but i am pretty sure they are filled in and not open at all.
mine are functional. so thats a yes on older SNs.

im just stating that it is an actual vent and not just design trim like on new edge sn95s.

I always thought it was pretty cheezy how the just stuffed our scoops with that honeycomb bull****. But what are you gonna do?

i think it's completely cheesy that any car company puts a scoop on a car that either has a fancy plug, or goes to nowhere at all..... sure the stangs would look a lot stranger and more boring without the scoops, but send them somewhere, dont just block em off wtf?!

Your's are open? They're not supposed to be. They're supposed to have the honeycombplastic piece just like the 99-04 scoops that fully closes the hole.
