Will having that TSB performed at a dealer be free? I have a 99 GT and it's having identical issues. I just had a spark plug blowout, and helicoiled back in with a new coil and plug, and it's bogging even worse than before.

The TSB is $80, since the car is out of warranty. Before you do that make sure your hardware is working. Check for spark at each cylinder (with injector disconnected of course).

All my hardware was fine, checked spark, injectors, my maf looked good, couldn't have been the fuel filter cause it happened during idle too, couldn't have been the IAC because the car idled fine before, and finally the engine shakes when its doing this, indicating that a cylinder is not firing off. When accelerating, i mean the whole car would shake because of the misfire and ensuing imbalance.

I was out of options and thought it must be the computers fault haha.... and it was.
