Default Car bogging. . . need suggestions please!

So im having problems with the car bogging at low rpms. Its skips and misses and bogs bad at low rpms but pulls out of it at high rpms. Pulled out all the coils to make sure there was no water. Cleaned the MAF. Any suggestions? Its having trouble starting too. A tech friend said it might be the Idle air. . . What do you guys think?

I am going through the same thing. The first thing ive found is I have an oil leak on to one of my spark plugs. I thought it was the fuel pump so I replaced that and the filter and it's still doing it so thats why I feel that oil leak may be the big problem.
Id say check the plugs to see if any have oil on them. My moms boyfriends stang has the same problem as well and he had the same oil leak.

could bea partially clogged fuel filter. before i replaced mine, my idle was rough as hell, and sometimes it would stall and have trouble firing up.
