Default Modding 98 cobra

What would be some good starting mods for a 98 cobra. Has exaust and shifter and a cold air. Thanks in advanced!

410s are still fine but if ur worried then just got with 373s or 390s

4.10 minimum with a 4v you will be fine for Daily driving, you wont be spinning too many RPM's at all. If it were me it would 4.30 in that thing all day long!

4:10's will run you at 2950rpms at 80mph and 4:30's will make you run 3100rpms at 80mph. Add that with a loud catback and o/r mid-pipe and youve got a super loud screamer inside that cab for daily driving! My car is pretty loud inside with 3:73's. I'm not looking forward to the interior sound with 4:10's.
You are right though, 4:30's really is the way to go with the 96-98 Slowbra motors off the line. My car is a complete hack under 2800rpms even with LT headers and 93 tune.

since you do alot of driving i say ATLEAST 4.10's n/a.

i have 3.73's now and it just does not cut it. it take's way to long to get into the powerband.

cobra's love to rev. if you dident drive it much i would say 4.30's-4.56's

3.73( the are perfect) an off road H and mufflers, then get that thing cammed!

since it already has exhuast andcold air intakethen i'd go with either gears or a tune....or both.
