RE: do i need bigger injectors.
I don't know much about nitrous but I would definitely get a tune. Your a/f ratio has to be richer when you run nitrous, and unless you have a wideband there is no real way for you to tune it correctly yourself. A 50 shot might not be enough to really mess things up for you, but you certainly won't be getting the most out of it without a good tune. You will benefit from a dyno tune anyways given the rest of your mods.
edit: As far as injectors, you'll probably be about 290-300rwhp with your current mods and a 50 shot which is pushing the limit for the stock 19s.

RE: do i need bigger injectors.
you wont need a tune or bigger injectors to run a 50 shot, with shots around 100 ignition time is recommended to be changed( 2 degrees per 50hp to be on the safe side 1 works just fine though).
But then agian you wont NEED them but all of it is recommended to be as safe as possible

Don't screw around with the dry kit, just get a good wet kit and be done with it.

+1 the wet kit will give the motor the fuel it needs instead of you depending on your injectors to make the increase. If your only running a 50 shot it may not be a issue but wet kits for sure give you piece of mind knowing it will make sure you have enough gas and not maxing out your stock injectors. I would upgrade the fuel pump though
