Default steeda firewall adjuster.

Today i had the steeda quadrant and firewall adjuster installed. The car seems to shift better and overall i'm happy. My clutch seems to still be engaging high on the pedal.do i turn the firewall adjuster clockwise to or counterclockwise to adjust the engaging??thanks and any help wd be great. The tune was explaining to me about how to make sure theres slack in the cable etc but i didnt grasp everything he said.

If it's engaging high, it's adjusted too tight. Can you feel any toe play? You'll need to turn it clockwise to allow for some slack in the cable. Did you get a new cable as well or using the stock one?

I'm using the oem cable. It looks like the firewall adjuster is only thread on a couple of turns. Tom i will try turning it clockwise and see if that helps. Do u mean by toe play a little bit of play in the pedal??if so yes there is a little bit of play.

Yes, that's gonna allow more slack in the cable.
