Default Mods!

I am still learning about the Mustang I've had for a year now. I know, I'm slacking. Anyway. I have KNN 57 Series Intake and straight pipes on it thats it for now. I am looking to get a Predator tuner but a friend of mine is telling me to go with Cams(no idea what to look for) and headers(long short I have no idea). He says i need to do this because I will have to retune the tuner after i do more mods. I also would like a general price range of these mods if possible. My mustang is a 2004 Gt Automatic. Please help! thank you
