Default engine swap

I'm sure that some where on this forum that this question has been address. On a 1996 GT Rag top, when swaping the engine, is it better to pull the engine with or with out the trans.

yup another +1 on taking the tranny with it, that's how we did my swap, it's alot nicer just to bolt them together outside the car
