Was thinking of runnin the NX Plate kit for my 00 GT. . . Is there anything out there that is better bang for the buck?? Also what else should I get for it to be a good, safesetup?? Planing on runnin 100 shot. Thanks in advance.

yea its a great safe kit. if anything else then i would say ZEX but NX is great. ur gona need a window switch, new plugs, purge kit, a bottle heater would b nice to have and u would want to get it tuned also. the NX kit will come with a WOT switch but im not to sure bout zex.

i was looking into nitrous (before i decided to go with an s/c) and was going to go with that NX plate system. it was highly recommended, and if i were to buy one that's definitely the one i'd get. you'll need a bottle warmer, window switch (get a digital one, MSD makes a good digital one for like $115), fuel pressure safety switch (shuts off the NX system if your fuel pressure drops too low, only about $50), and possibly a purge kit (not required but a good idea). you'll also need to retard your ignition timing about 1-2 degrees, just to be safe. i know a lot of people that have said you don't even have to mess with the tune on a 100 shot, so i guess you could go either way. expect to pay somewhere around $1200 or so, just a rough estimate, for all the parts you'll need. you'll probably also want to get a gauge to monitor bottle pressure too.
