I've got an 04 DSG GT, and have been looking at spoilers for several weeks now, and the only ones I like are the Cobra and Xenon. I really wish someone made a duck tail like those for the 2005. Well, I'm not real sure about the Xenon without a body kit (can't ever find any good installed pix anyway), and I really want to get Cobra bumpers(01 front/04 rear), and I'm afraid I'll look like too much of a wannabe with a Cobra spoiler...

So, I've decided if I'm going to get rid of the spoiler I have, I'm not going to replace it... I would just like to see some other GT's out there that have removed the spoiler all together... please?

Code 3 GT Could you take a pic of the top of the trunk lid when you get the chance? Just want to see what it looks like maybe from the top. On your cobra grill delete was the piece of plastic black and then you painted it or is it silver? It look silver... I don't know couldn't really see it to well... I like your car a lot how much does it dyno do you know? How big of a shot do you run?

The grille delete is built into the bumper and it's silver. As far as dyno with the old motor and a 100 shot, the motor was in the 360RWHP and 480RWTQ. I am in the middle of a major upgrade, motor wise. There is another thread in the 4.6 section detailing the specifics of the new set up. Once the motor is broken in, I will probably go back with spray, around a 200 shot. The new set up will be in the 350-360RWHP N/A and 600RWHP on the spray.

Hey, thanks for the pix guys. Silver4.6, the side shot is just what I was looking for, but code3GT's 6th pic down was the clencher. Okay, so now did you guys get the holes filled, swap out with a V6er or did you order it that way?

Just for reference I've got FRPP B-springs, and 1" rear spacers on factory Bullitt wheels, and a few other mods, catback exhaust will be coming next month. I'm hoping to get some deep dish bullitts one of these days, but I'm trying not to spend too much on the Stang. It's my daily driver. I'm trying to get my '67 Belvedere Conv. back on the road...

Thank you very much...the springs are Eibach Pro kit and they lowered the car about 1 1/2" all the way around. I paid like $225.00 for the kit, I think.
