Default motor swap!!!!!

hey guys,

i am interested in doing a 4.6 to 5.4 motor swap.
ive been looking at a rolling chassie near me and the same seller also has the tranny for a 4.6
my question is will this tranny bolt up or do i need to change that also?

if your doing it, do it right.
get the 5.4 lincoln block, buy a set of 4v heads. and get a t-56 tranny to hold whatever mods your gonna do next.

i was just thinkin about it, if i had a 5.4L with 4v heads would i have hood clearance(spelling) problems.

and yes i am planing on changing the K member

Let Me know how it goes, I am planing a engine swap, I thing i am leaning toward the 03-04 cobra engine tho. The 5.4L would be nice especialy with the T56 trans

umm, it depends on the roller, but, i dont think you should have any problems with clearance.....but if there is, a fiberglass cowl is a weight reduction, and would look nice.... i do believe the lincoln with 4v head would net 320hp/385ftlbs, and then you can bolt up a kennebell 2.6(8) and blow the doors off anything you want.
