id also check the axle shaft/ hub mine makes the same noise and thats what it is i just havent changed it.... the issue happened two days before i was going to take it off the road for the winter so it sits in storage now.

as said, if you use your emergency brake its probably sticking, jack up the back end, apply the brake then let it off, see if its sticking by spinning the wheel by hand,

would a wheel bearing do that? i dont know but in the next two days i will replace the speed sensor and also the main clip that runs across the caliper on top which is missing but i dont think that would so it. i work at autozone and they dont have the sensor ($76 from ford) but we do have the clip so i'll do that and get back to you all. thanks alot this is driving me crazy

btw since this has happend the best i can run is a 14.1 in the 1/4 with basic bolt ons and 4.10s!!!! brakes are definatly dragging!!!!!
