Default best rear control arm combo

Iwas trying to decide on what control arms to buy because the bushings on my lower ones are about gone.I was looking at adjustable upper ones or just upr's lower and upper, but then i found theses ones on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/79-04...spagenameZWDVW so i was just looking for some advice to steer me in the right direction.

I myself am going with Ford Racing uppers and a set of CHE lowers.
The uppers will have rubber mounts that are twice as stiff as stock so they won't have the strenght to rip out the torque boxes like the poly bushing ones can. But the lower ones will be poly.
That's what I plan on using.

From what I have read if you put stiff UCA's in you have a real good chance you'll rip the torque boxes out after a while.

Then you got problems.

Leave the UCA's stock or go with Ford Racing, and put in a good set of LCA's.
Read this site for the info....
