I also got the predator tuner when i ordered mt tb/plenumn but i did not change any voltage on anything, so am not sure what that is that you read? All I did was install their performance tune, modified shift points and pressure, and am going to bump up my timeing a little more tonight when i get home. (btw i have a auto that is why i changed the shift points/pressure)

http://www.muscle-mustangs.com/howto_tbinstall.php

taken from step 7..

Reconnect the battery. Set the TPS voltage to be between .97 -.99 volts. Turn the key to the “ON” position. Setting the TPS can be done several ways. I used my predator to display the TPS voltage or using a voltmeter you can back probe the lower and middle wires on the TPS connector to monitor the voltage. Tighten the TPS down fully. Double-check the voltage after tightening because it can change as you tighten it down.

huh..... In the direction that i had for installing the tb&plenumn it said nothing about setting the tps sensor voltage, so i did not do anything with it. I have had no problems with my car sence installing it. not sure why your would neeed to do that. Unless when you buy a new one (which they did in the artical) you need to set the voltage.
