RE: idleing
i had the same problem. i disconnected my battery and then retaught my computer it's idle trim. turn the car off and disconnect the battery. then reconnect the battery. then start the car and let it idle for 1 minute. then turn the AC on high and let it idle for one more minute. then drive it 10 miles. and you're all set.

RE: idleing
hahaha my car wouldnt idle yesterday .. i tried starting it up and it would start but then die out right away.. i guess the IACV was dirty or something.. Well i called a friend mechanic that works at ford and he said "hit it with a wrench" So I did exactly what he said and belive it or not it worked. My car started idleing. Well I looked into getting a new one and it was only like $50 bucks so I think im gona get a new one soon.

RE: idleing
I faced the same idling issue. I took a lot of peoples advice on cleaning and bought myself a can of carb cleaner for like $3. After cleaning the sh*t out of it and putting everything back on it idled fine, but 1 month later it started up again. I noticed my check engine light was on and borrowed my buddys scanner to find out that "MAF LOW AIR INPUT" which meant the MAF sensor was bad. I unplugged the sensor and started the car, ran fine. So I went to ford and got a new MAF sensor for like $230(which is ridiculous) and now it runs perfectly. So if your check engine light is on and you have rough idle just consider its the MAF sensor.
