i want to start making some changes to my suspension, or atleast the way the car handles.at the current time im only able to make one change/mod at a time. i want everyones opinion on which i/you would/should do first, and why?
A) Lower Control Arms (then upper's a few weeks later)

Both will benefit you greatly. If you have to choose between the two I personally would go with LCAs. They will reduce wheels hop and help you get the power to the ground.

I would get the subframe connectors first. Everything else in you suspension will benefit from having them. With installation, they will likely cost you the same as most LCA's. Also, go with the full-length weld-in connectors. Maximum Motorsports makes an excellent sfc.

subframe connectors, it will make the body more rigid, controll arms only help when you nail the throttle and the cars frame "twists" from all the tourqe, subframe connecters should be first along with upper and lower control arms later, it wont be noticeable at first but youll see results after you upgrade more and more suspension stuff
