Quick question, do you need to drill holes to put them?

some bolt in it is best to get them welded in it doesn't cost that much

I know I have to weld them, I wanted to know if I can bolt them myself without drilling any holes and then take it to a welder.

Control arms don't get welded its a simple switch from the factory ones.
