Default slp catback affecting the a/f

I have a flowmaster super40 cat back and i was thinking of just cutting the mufflers out and replacing them with the slp loud mouth ones resonators...will that affect the a/f of the tune that i just got????

i also wanted to know if it would affect it even more because the motor is s/c...by the way its a cobra so im just curious...any posts would be helpful...thanks alot
