I was able to get the stock H off, but ran into some difficulties installing the X. It seems that I cannot install it w/o removing the little black tray that holds the post cat o2 sensors. I am not sure but am I supposed to remove this tray? I took the two bolts off it but whenever I move it the whole shifter assembly moves, so I'm afraid I will wreck something. I already have all the nuts/bolts and mil eliminators but can't get any further until I figure out whats up with the o2 sensor tray. Any input is appreciated!

i'm not sure what tray you're talking about but it was pretty straight forward when i did mine

Yeah, I don't know what your talking about, but all you have to take off is the H-Pipe. If you can't get the new pipe in, you might be doing something wrong.

the only thing i had to remove was the little black thing by the crossmember, that the stock h-pipe uses it as a hanger. and that was because my o2 sensors wouldnt screw on, i dunno if thats what ur talking about or not.
