full length sub-frame connectors are your best bet out of your choices for overall performance, our unibodies suck. strut tower and k-member braces are solely for lateral stiffness and will not do anything but add weight on the strip and concequently your two most ineffective mods. lowering springs are your double-edged sword, they reduce your best possible weight transferduring launches yet lower the roll center for increased cornering performance. control arms and weight reduction would be two better mods. dont be afraid to lower though.

The best thing you can do for cornering/straight line tractionis a MM torque arm/panhard bar,and ajustable lower control arms.and set the rear 1/2"-1" higher then the front.
For springs don't bother getting the lowest ones you can find, get some H&R super race springs, and some better shocks/struts.
And full length weld in subframe connectors, then you can get strut tower braces.
With that set up you will not need bigger swaybars.
And your front suspension is ok unless you want to go to tube K-member and coilovers.
