I must rephrase, i used powershifiting in the wrong context, its just when i shift fast into second, let the clutch out fast and floor it, only in drag racing which i keep to a minimum, this car is used for road racing. but thanks for the info guys, no more beating on my t-45!!!!

mine makes that noise to with a tko and the fiodanza clutch, all it is, is the clutch hooking up under such force that it grips the flywheel but in the process it is slipping...very confusing i know but simpily put ITS NO GOOD! STOP DOING THAT!

for sure no more hard shifting, especially since i am currently looking at blowers! that will be tough, but i guess if i have the power, the time between shifts wont matter, i can take a little more time instead of shifting quick
