Default getting a new clutch. suggestions

I have an XTD stage 3 right now. it caught good when it was good. its burnt out already aout a year and a half. well i was planning on getting a Centerforce DFX but then i got to thinking about how i have to stomp on my clutch to get it down. im looking for somthing that has near stock pedal pressure but holds great on 300-400hp when dropped. Does anyone have any advice. hopefully if you got some reviews for the centerforce dfx. im looking at about 500 bucks to spend as well. LOOKING FOR really easy near stock(maybe some force needed) in pedal pressure and great hold-up. i was checking the clutches at an autoshow and it made me think...OMG IVE never felt such ease, then i got in my car and its like popping a bloodvessel trying to press down my current clutch.
MY CAR IS 97 with T45

hey i havent ever driven one but a dude i talk to said he got a ram clutch and its real easy as far as pressin the pedal goes and made to hold quite a bit of hp. i found thier website at http://www.ramclutches.com/ . my bro had a centerforce on his stang and loved it but they might be a little harsh if you dont like pressin the clutch hard. but i guess that also depends what your idea of pressin hard is. i thought it was fine but someone else said we were crazy and hated it lol. good luck

I would suggest SPEC stage 2+or +3 depending on your application, replace withSPEC alum. or resurface your current if in good shape. Then add a adjustable cable, firewall adjuster, new quadrant. The pedal feel is amazing compared to how much power is can hold.

make sure you use a ford racing throwout bearing. All the ones the kits come with are junk.
I would suggest either spec or centerforce.
I am currently installing the spec stage2+ as we speak.
Spec offers a 70 dollar option that makes clutch pedal effort like 30% lower.

only thing with spec & centerforce when you get stage 2 and on they become harder to press.

well i have a cheap *** stage 3 from a low tech company. im pretty sure any clutch can be better and have less pedal effert. thanks ill be looking into specs. how much is a stage 2 effort over stock. dont know why i ask that because i dont remember the stock effort. but is the stock pedal effort pretty much the same on any car? especially if it was made in 97?

how stiff is the stage2+? What about stage 3? and this thing for 30% less pedal effort, what is it?

what sline is a 97 mustang? I want to say 10 but i dont remember

right now im looking mainly at these three:
Centerforce DFX
Spec Stage 2+
Spec Stage 3

Any reviews and/or comparisons on these 3?

adjustable cable, firewall adjuster, new quadrant- What will these do for me?
