Nobody dished any crap talking out to you, someone simply let you know there was no 02 Cobra and you come back on the defence about your fast shopping cart looking import or whatever it is you drive, when nobody said anything about it?

i admit that the guys could have been a little nicer when telling you that there is no 02 cobra. But you didnt have to tell us about your 11second evo...really who cares? This isn't a focus forum my friend, 11 seconds is nothing. I myself do not have an eleven second ride but it sure as hell isn't hard to get one. Or make mine one for that matter.

Disclaimer: I was not saying focus are slow, but it is a far more common occurence to see an 11 sec. mustang than a 11 second focus. Hell, are there 11 second focuses..?

And this rude comment about never loosing to a mustang. I know plenty that would love to show you what the power of a worked v8 is. Because if that list of yours is true, you got decent money into the car. WHo do you run bolt on gt's stock gts exhuast gts? that run what 14 seconds

there was one in the focus competiton at FFW in virginia last june. he was running 11.9's, trapping 120 or so. turbocharged. once he got into 2nd gear and got moving that turbo started screaming, and he was gone. it was pretty wild.

no one even caught that this guys post said he had an evo III and the car in the link is an evo 8 but im sure it was a typo. cuz you would have to imoprt an evo III

there is a company that sells focus cars with cobra underpinnings motor, trans. rearend, brakes. it was in sport compact car last year sometime easilly an 11 second car

I think you're referring to the Focus rs8 Yeah, i don't think that has a problem running 11s (and it's naturally aspirated)...

I just know you don't have to dump 20k into a mustang to get it to run 11's...

Just put a 76 mill turbo on a 88 5.0 and he is running 9.80's all day long... oh yeah... street legal...

Guy who won the TRUEstreet class at Fun Ford Weekend last year in Norwalk OH has an 03 cobra... with a shoot... that is street legal... hints truestreet... Oh yeah ran mid 8's BTW...

If it is your evo... its cool...
