Default QA1 Bump Steer........ HELP!!!!!!

Ok, so my QA1 suspension install went on pretty smoothly... (about 3 weekends of work)..until it wastime toinstallthe F***ing QA1 Bump Steer kit. The instructions tell you to tighten the aluminumsleeve over the steel steering shaft and that the aluminum sleeve should go over the steel steering shaft about an 1 inch. Well screwing in that sleeve about a 1/4 of an inch is easy but everything afterthatis hard as S***. I got the sleeve over the steel shaft about a 1/2 inch but feel that something is not right if the sleevesare going on so tightly. Both sides do this. Anyone have this problem? Is it the Aluminum sleeve? any ideas?

P.S. nothing is cross threaded. I can put my worn tie rods on perfectly.

Check the threads in the new tie rod ends. The threads can be ****ed up in there.
