that website says you can just use super white led bulbs without sanding. Would it be better to sand and use blue bulbs? Dont sand and use white? or dont sand and use blue leds? Thanks

He says the film on the back of the gauges is blue, but I know for a fact that the film on the back of mine was green. When I removed my gauges I held it up to the sun and it was green. Even the sandpaper I was using turned green. He has a pre 99 mustang so maybe they are different from ours.

I think the cluster/bulbs are different on the 99-04

BTW i dont remember who asked but 94-98 cluster bulbs are 194's that you can get at any parts store or walmart

i remeber i on my 2000 stang even tho it was a v6 the color was teal not green...in 01 they changed to green thats the difference i think

i think 5 i just had mine off and sanded the back
