on my 2003 gt, the fog lights are kinda yellow and i have hids in them, i was wondering if i sand them and plastic polish them, would it make the hids shine better?

The yellow tint over the lens is from fine abrasions in the lens that dirt gets in. Use some buffing compound and a buffer and they'll look like brand new ones. You can do that on your headlights too.
