MPH won't give you a tune unless you buy the mongoose kit.
Most respectable tuners are not cheap, 200-400 an hour around here (Cali).
My advice is to install the kit with 42lb injectors, Lightning MAF, Colder Plugs, an SVT Focus pump, then take it to your local dyno/tuner and have them tune it for you.
Even with an uploaded tune from an XCAL you want to get it dyno'ed to check the A/F Ratio, might as well combine the two.
