all you need:

pb blaster
swivel head
15mm deep well socket
a 2 foot extension
a 22mm wrench for 02 sensors

and some common sense and prefferably an extra set of hands to help hold things in place

It's very simple, and like MU71L4710N said, a buddy to help makes it easier. Here is a quick list of what to do:
1. Jack the car up and support it on jack stands.
2. Use the PB Blaster and spray down all the bolts. The 4 connecting the pipe to the manifold (2 on each side) and the 4 connecting it to the catback (2 on each side). Allow it to penetrate for several minutes.
3. Un-clip the connectors to the O2 sensors.
4. Use the 15mm socket, the swivel and the extentions and take off the bolts attaching the pipe to the manifold. Be careful not to let it drop on you head. This is where a buddy would come in handy.
5. Remove the bolts attaching the pipe to the catback.
6. Take the pipe out from under the car. Transfer the O2 sensors into the new pipe, make sure you put them in the same spot relative to where you took them out of the stock pipe.
7. Bolt the new pipe in place. But don't tighten anything down until you have the pipe hanging where you want it to be. Again, this is where the extra set of hands comes into play.
8. Re-connect the O2 sensors. Make sure everything is tight.
9. Lower the car back down and enjoy.

Hope it helped, don't think I forgot anything.

unless you got small hands its actually easier to leave the front 2 plugs attached to the car. you just have to give them about 8-10 wrist turns counter clockwise before you screw them in so the wires pretty much straiten out by the time they are screwed in fully. and you probably have to reach up and break the thing that holds the drivers side front 02 sensor to the tranny cuz most midpipes the bung for the 02 sensor is further down than on the stock one so theres not enuff wire to reach.

That's right. I remember trying to unplug them and it was impossible. Ended up just doing what you said, and twisting the wires the opposite direction before screwing the sensors back in. My mistake. And I had plenty of wire for the sensors to reach, maybe Bassani does it differently than others.

Def plan on the intake bolt to be bassicly welded on, wouldent hurt to have a breaker bar or impact wrench with a prety long extension
