Default Misfire problem !!

I have a 02 GT and the check engine light turn on about 2 weeks ago. Theproblem is when I turn on the car it turns back off andit back firesat thesame time.I also get a lag of power when Ifloor it (sometimes). The code I got wasP0340 Camshaft Position Sensor circuit fault. I have changed the camshaft position sensor 3 times from autozone, o'relliy, and advance auto parts with the the same problem not fixed. So I return all of them and went to the dealer and bought a new oneand still I have the same problem, and just a few days agoanother code has come up P0300 Random Misfire Detected as well.

Need help! Has anyone had this problem before or knows what I should do next?

Youprobably have amisfire, not sure where the camshaft code came from though? Misfires are a common problem. I got mine fixed by going to the dealership and getting a new PCM calibration reflashed. Mine was idling funny, popping noises out the exhaust, and stuttering when accelerating.

First you should check for spark, then check the injectors (put a stethoscope or screwdriver up to each injector). If it runs worseat higherRPM and power, then check your fuel filter. If all else fails, then maybe try the reflash, TSB 01-01-09.

Just check your hardware and see how it goes. You probably won't find anything because injectors and coils don't typically go bad but maybe spark plugs. How often do you drive it, was there a change in weather when the CEL came on?

It is my daily driver , I'll check the spark plugs to start with, you know I had a feeling it might be a coil because the light turn on once before when I got the car, I changed the spark plugs and the light went away in two days (this was about 3 months ago).
